How we keep intermediaries out
Identity verification
Every seller completes an identity check before their listing goes live. We verify the person behind the listing, not just an email address.
Owner declaration
Sellers confirm at the point of publishing that they are the property owner or an authorised representative — not a real estate professional acting on behalf of a third party.
Contact limits
Buyer contacts are capped per listing tier. This prevents mass-marketing agents from treating the platform as a lead-generation tool.
What we verify — and what we do not
We verify seller identity and record their owner declaration. We do not conduct legal due diligence on property titles, encumbrances, planning permissions, or any other aspect of the property or transaction. The verification badge means the seller's identity has been checked — it is not a legal guarantee of the property, its title, or the transaction itself. Always engage your own independent legal review (advogado or notário) before completing any purchase.
